Limo Service Contract Template
Introduction: Many times for a night out on the town or a special event, such as a bachelorette party or birthday party, individuals will rent a limousine to avoid the hassle of driving in traffic, finding a parking spot, or identifying a designated driver. Limo services allow all members of a party to ride together and keep the fun rolling. However, to do that, all parties need to have confidence in the strength and coverage of a contract. Key Points:
- Look for limousine services that are upfront and forthcoming with safety information and background checks. You are putting your safety in their hands…make sure they are as concerned as you are about it.
- Watch for cancellation dates so as to not get stuck without a ride
- Ask around…your friends may have used a limousine service previously. If there is a lot of competition in your area, be sure to go with a reputable service. You want a service that doesn’t cut corners
- If you are a limo service using this contract, you want to be sure to have all areas of service covered to ensure you provide the best and safest service
- Below is a link to the federal regulations surrounding limo service. Additionally, each state will likely have regulations/guidelines that should be reviewed and adhered to in order to provide lawful service.
