Extension License Terms

LICENSING
Licenses for WP E-Signature are valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.  A valid and active license key is required in order to get updates and support for purchased extensions and plugins.   The Ultimate License is a one-time payment and includes lifetime updates for the WP E-Signature WordPress plugin only.

SOFTWARE UPDATES
Updates are included for free for one year. If you have a valid and active license key, and your extension(s) supports it, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If your extension(s) does not support automatic upgrades, then updates can be downloaded from your account page located at: www.approveme.com/profile. A valid license is required to access downloads from your account page.

SUPPORT SERVICES
Support for purchased plugins are given up to one year after the purchase date. If you wish to get support after one year, you must renew your license key, purchase Priority Support access, or purchase a new license for the plugin you wish to get support for.

REFUNDS
If you have problems getting our plugin to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be given. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a support ticket.

NOTE: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.

NON-TRANSFERABLE
The WP E-Signature License is registered to the email address of the original purchaser of the WP E-Signature License. The account holder retains the rights to the license and account even if the account/key is renewed or upgraded by another party, unless transferred in accordance with these Terms. Only then-current owner of the account to which the WP E-Signature License is registered may request and receive Support or access Support resources.

WP E-Signature License holders cannot distribute, giveaway, permit others to use, or resell their WP E-Signature License. The WP E-Signature License is transferable, provided that (i) you require the party to which you transfer the license (“Transferee”) to abide by these Terms and (ii) you complete the “Transfer” option for the WP E-Signature License you wish to transfer on the Licenses Page.

WP E-Signature is intended to be used on your web site(s). Use of WP E-Signature on your client’s site is permitted in situations where you maintain an ongoing relationship with the client as a consultant. You are prohibited from providing WP E-Signature as a service or providing WP E-Signature as part of a web hosting solution. Providing WP E-Signature as a service or providing WP E-Signature as part of a web hosting solution does not constitute an ongoing client/consultant relationship under this Section 9.

You are not permitted to re-post, copy, distribute, or otherwise make available any Documentation on any external websites, social media outlets, etc. By way of example, posting screen captures of this content is also prohibited. Violation will be grounds for immediate termination of the WP E-Signature License and all access to Support and Updates.
