MBString multibyte support

WP E-Signature requires the MBString php module to generate/save pdf’s from your signed documents.

If it's not enabled on your server you will experience issues running WP eSignature.

Memory limit at least 96M

Not all servers are setup the same but this is one of the fastest settings to change, so you can be signing in minutes.

We reccomend installing a free plugin to quickly increase your memory limit.

Download Plugin to Fix Issue

Installation
1.) Go to 'Plugins' -> 'Add New' -> 'Upload New'
2.) Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
3.) You’ll automatically be forwarded to memory limit options.

PHP version 5.3 required

WP E-Signature is a robust document singing application and requires php 5.3 or greater.

To update the PHP version on your server you will need to get in contact with your host.

While WP E-Signature does not store your data or signed contracts in your ftp account it does temporaily generate specific files related to your documents occasionally and on demand…

Because of this it requires that your “wp-content/plugins/e-signature/assets/temps” directory be writable.
