ApproveMe periodically keeps in contact with parties interested in receiving our email based newsletter or parties that have tried our online demo. Signing up for the newsletter or trying a demo is not required for ApproveMe service. The email address and name of the individuals along with their ip address are stored with a third party email newsletter service [active campaign] Participants in the ApproveMe newsletter may opt-out or update their contact information at any time.
